Q: How do I order something with custom embroidery?
A: Fill in the order form right beside the item.  Choose the item size or style, as well as color, stitching location, and font style from the drop down choices.  
Use the text boxes to input your thread color and custom embroidery wording.  For example, to order a medium white Soon to Be Mrs. hoodie with pink
brush script stitching: size - choose medium, color - choose white, stitching location - choose front and back, font style - choose brush script, thread color -
type in pink, custom embroidery wording - type in front - Bride, back - Soon to Be Mrs. Smith.  Your item will be embroidered exactly as ordered, with
upper/lower case as you specify.  We will contact you if we have any questions.

Q: How much does it cost to order an item with custom embroidery?
A: The prices listed for the items include the embroidery wording.

Q: How do I order something with no embroidery?
A: Fill in the order form right beside the item.  Choose the item size or style, as well as color from the drop down choices.  Choose 'none - no embroidery
needed' for the stitching location.  Leave the font style, thread color, and custom embroidery fields as they are.

Q: How do I order something with a monogram?
A: A monogram is left initial center initial right initial and will be stitched with the center initial larger than the others.  Fill in the order form as MONOGRAM
A B C for Adam and Casey Baxter or Adam Christopher Baxter.

Q: How much do I pay for shipping?
A: Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process for orders shipped within the United States.  All orders are shipped via USPS.  We try to keep
our prices low and our shipping appropriate.  We have been told that our prices + shipping are lower than our competitors.  Shipping speed choices may be
made at checkout.

Q: How do I get something delivered fast?
A: We have rush and express shipping options available for an extra fee.  Shipping choices may be made at checkout.

Q: How do I order multiples of the same item?  
A: If the items will all have the exact same custom embroidery (or will all have no embroidery), fill in the order form for one item and then update the quantity
in your shopping cart afterwards.  If the items will have different embroidery, they must each be placed into the cart by filling out the order form for the
individual items, specifying their customizations.

Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: Online payments are made via PayPal.  You do not need to have a PayPal account to use your credit card.  If you are having problems, just email us (but
never ever email your credit card information!).

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Regular orders are delivered via USPS Priority Mail in 2 weeks.  Rush orders of in-stock items are delivered via USPS Priority Mail in 1 week.  Express
orders of in-stock items are delivered via USPS Express Mail in 2-3 business days.  There is an additional charge for rush and express service.  These
choices may be made at checkout.

Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
A: US and Canada only.

Q: Do I get a receipt for my order?
A: A receipt is emailed when payment is received - please be sure to check this receipt to ensure the order was placed correctly.  To save trees, we no
longer include a paper receipt in the package with the order.

Q: What if I have a question about my order either before or after I place it?
A: Contact us at candace@spoolofdesign.com.  

Q: What if spoolofdesign.com has a question on my order?
A: We will contact you via the email address that placed the order (the same address used for the PayPal payment).  

Q: Why am I having cart trouble?
A: If you have having trouble getting your items to go into your cart, please do not give up and go away!  It sometimes takes a few seconds for the cart to
load.  If you wait a few seconds and the cart still remains blank, please email us at orders@spoolofdesign.com and we can process your order with a PayPal
bill.  Do not email your credit card information (to us or anyone else!).

Q: Can I return my item?
A: Items without embroidery can be returned.  Items with non-custom embroidery (such as "Bride") can be returned.  Items with customized embroidery
(such as "Mrs. Smith Est. 05.14.05") cannot be returned, for obvious reasons (unless we made a mistake with your order!).  Please contact us ahead of time
via email with any questions.  Be sure to check the sizing charts and order the correct size.  Items which are damaged during delivery will be replaced with
the exact same item (please do not ask us to change the size). To ensure high quality of our products, items are photographed prior to shipping.

Q: Would you ever substitute a brand on my order?
A: We often have trouble restocking the Hanes items on our site, so we sometimes will have to substitute Jerzess for a Hanes order.  We don't have that
problem with any other brand.

Q: Can I get something special that I do not see on your site?
A: Of course!  Just contact us at candace@spoolofdesign.com  to let us know what you are looking for, and we will respond promptly.  The more unusual,
fun or funky, the better!

Q: Does Rhode Island Spool of Design sell their contact lists?
A: Nope. Never. No.

Q: Will Rhode Island Spool of Design ever contact me about other products?
A:  Occasionally we will do emailings about our various products, but if it is not on our site, we will not bother you about it.  We have been alerted that there
is some inappropriate email that appears to have been sent from our website.  Please note that these are not really from us.  We occasionally send email
about promotions on our own products.  We NEVER EVER send email about pornography, medications, debt solutions, celebrity photos, selling gold, get
rich quick schemes, student loans, job opportunities, mortgages, online dating, medical issues, pharmaceuticals, timeshares, etc...

Q: Does Rhode Island Spool of Design ever put stuff on eBay?
A: Yes - our eBay name is spoolofdesign.

Q: Is Rhode Island Spool of Design a 'green' company?
A: We try!  We don't print any paper when processing orders, we ship in recycleable USPS packaging or recycled boxes for large orders, and we recycle
our thread spools to a local kindergarten for art projects.
