* We have been alerted that there are some inappropriate emails that appear to have been sent from our website.  Please note that these are not really from us.  We occasionally send emails about promotions on our own products (these promotions are reflected on our sale page).  We NEVER EVER send emails about pornography, medications, debt solutions, celebrity photos, get rich quick schemes, student loans, job opportunities, mortgages, online dating or gold.

UH OH!!!   If you have having trouble getting your items to go into your cart, please do not give up and go away!  We are aware of the problem, and working hard to resolve it (it's a tricky one - only affects some of the people some of the time!).  To get around the issue while we are frantically  trying to fix it, please email your order information to order@spoolofdesign.com (note that we only need the order details, such as item color and size, embroidery wording and thread color - do NOT - we repeat do NOT - email any payment information).  We will then set up an online  bill for you and you can make payment via the secure PayPal server.   We do apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
